Strong north-easterly (Grigal) winds are expected from Thursday 28th April 2016, dying down on Saturday, before picking up again from the north west (Majjistral) on Sunday. Boat owners, please make sure your boats are properly tied away from the pontoon, sails and canopies are secure, and there are no loose items on the deck.
The Ta’ Xbiex Local Council has advised us that there will be no parking on Friday 22nd April between Pontoon I and Mamma Mia Restaurant, due to the set up for a fund-raising event in aid of ALS.
Power Cuts
Enemalta have advised us that there will be power cuts affecting the Ta’ Xbiex Side of Marina area from 23:00 tomorrow, 14th April to 23:00 on Friday 15th April, as they carry out scheduled maintenance on a main cable.
