Traveling with Your Boat?
Boat owners planning to travel overseas with their boat are advised that they must complete and submit the following medical declaration forms as required by the Port Health Authority.
The completed forms must be submitted for each member of the family travelling, by email to portmedic@gov.mt 24 hours before the return to Malta. Wait for confirmation to proceed before returning.
If no reply is received and the planned departure time is approaching, the Port Health Authority may be contacted by telephone on +356 2122 4810 (24 hours).
Kindly copy info@creekdevelopments.com and vts.tm@transport.gov.mt into correspondence with the Port Health Authority to avoid encountering difficulties on arrival in Malta.
